We had a fantastic stay at this beautiful property. It was clean, light, and airy, with all the facilities we needed. We loved the balcony access from both bedrooms, as well as the excellent outside space with a patio and BBQ. The three bathrooms were beautiful and the photos really didn't do the property justice. The location was perfect for exploring the surrounding area, with easy access to popular attractions such as Longleat and Cheddar Gorge. The host, Rachel, was lovely and friendly. I recently stayed at a beautiful location called The Winning Post and had an amazing experience. The accommodation was first class - everything was spotless and looked brand new. The Christmas decorations added a lovely festive touch. The beds were exactly to my liking, with firm memory foam mattresses that ensured a restful night's sleep. The three bathrooms were well-appointed, and the towels provided were of high quality. The kitchen had everything I needed and was beautifully designed. The location was perfect for exploring Longleat and Bath. I am definitely looking forward to returning in the summer to enjoy the outdoor space and the huge balcony with stunning views. The owners, a friendly couple, deserve a lot of credit for creating such a fantastic place.

While the overall experience was fantastic, there were a couple of minor drawbacks. The Wi-Fi connection was a bit unreliable at times, which was a bit frustrating.

Loved the terrace and balcony, perfect for enjoying the peaceful surroundings. Private parking was a bonus, I mean who doesn't love searching for a parking spot? And free Wi-Fi, because who doesn't want to be connected 24/7?

Oh, and the towels, they were just so. towelly, I mean who wants soft and fluffy towels anyway?

One thing that bothered us was the initial greeting by the owner, it was a bit tense and made us feel unwelcome. the bed and pillows were quite hard and uncomfortable, which affected our sleep quality.
